
How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns will be accepted on items if defective within 72 hours. Items containing batteries are warrantied for 7 days for defects. Noticeable wear and tear or damage to these battery items will not be an acceptable return. This is strictly enforced. Please contact us at customer.service@smarter-vapor.com to arrange an RMA. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted on any used / unused liquid or cartomizers.
Exchanges can be made for unopened bottles of liquid and complete 5-pack cartomizers with all foil still intact. No opened bottles of liquid or partially opened cartomizers will be accepted for returns or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping.
